Dear Parents,

Pre-Exam Days are from Tuesday, February 25 to Thursday, February 27. This meeting aims for you, the parent, to quickly meet with the teacher to check your child's performance.

This quarter, we will meet face-to-face on the first two days and online on the third. Please follow the Pre-Exam Schedules sheet link to select a time to meet on campus. Please use the "Selection Sheet" tab to choose your teacher and then click on the drop-down menu for your subject. Remember to add your child's name and your name. Please do not delete information from other parents.

Teachers will share links to appointment slots on their calendars where you can select a time to meet. These links will be emailed or posted on Google Classroom. To make an appointment, please click on the link provided by the teacher and select an appointment slot when you are available. A Google Meet link will be created which you will receive via the confirmation email and it will appear on your Google Calendar. When it is time for your meeting, just click on the Google Meet link provided.
